French Mango Ice-Cream | JoinMe - Food Review Malaysia

I'm not a mango lover but this mango-themed desserts really seduced my taste bud~ The mango tasted very differently from local's as they used Irwin Mango from Taiwan~ The mango has a softer texture compared unlike local's~ The desserts are served without any addition of sugar~ 1. Mango Juice - totally blended from mangoes without sugar~ not too sweet~ not too thick~ just nice~ :) 2. French Mango Ice Cream - the sweetness is at acceptable level not too over~ 3. Memories Mango Snow Ice - the mango taste is very fragrant~ not too sweet nor too bland~ there is brown sugar ice under mango snow ice~ served with mango cubes~ Specialty: Sea salt is provided~ (refer to the photo) we can add on into any of the desserts based on our preference~ is really new to me~ I had tried it with 3 of the desserts and is surprisingly delicious~ the mango itself is sweet with little sour~ addition of salt brings out different taste of the dessert~ :D p.s.
