Standing as one of the rather earlier establish Taiwanese dessert franchise in town snowflake is practically available almost in every shopping mall. Serving a variety of series such as Snowflakes Series, Memorable Series, Tauhua Series etc. which comes with various choices of toppings. It is still currently one of my favorite choice when I am craving for oriental dessert as they always maintain their food quality and service. Although the Grass Jelly Series is their signature, personally I prefer the Tauhua Series. The touhua is silky smooth in texture with nice soy bean+peanut aroma. Effective in satisfying the urge for sweet craving.
