
Nyonya steam is a delicate dish made popular by the peranakan baba and nyonya. The taste is savory with tangy and sweet and sour while at the same time with spiciness from chili which spikes and linger every now and then when dipping the fish into the gravy that is used to steam this fish. The fish, was delicious since in was really fresh and I really like how they processed and clean is so well. The skin of the fish is safe to consume without having to worry about bitting into scales of the fish. Something that I would have extremely disapprove.
